JoAnn Mader

JoAnn Mader is the Quality Outcomes Manager for the Abstraction Teams at Community Health Network in Indianapolis and MultiCare in Washington State. Her teams are responsible for data abstraction and quality improvement for multiple cardiovascular registries, Centers for Medicare, The Joint Commission metrics, and National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP). She joined Health Catalyst in January 2020 from Community Health Network where she had been for thirty-seven years. JoAnn has 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, with a primary focus on the Cardiovascular population. In addition, the past ten years of her career have been focused on Data quality and Improving patient outcomes in collaboration with the hospital systems she is associated with.
